Unlike many other "Globo Gyms," BG Powerhouse prides itself on our strength emphasis. Powerlifting is not only welcomed - it's encouraged. We have both competitive and non-competitive athletes who enjoy training the squat, bench, and deadlift. Our Powerlifting Membership includes 5 days per week of programming with unlimited, 24/7 gym access.
