$75 per month, only 3 month contracts!
For access to our premier strength equipment in a motivating environment, we have the Open Gym membership option. Unlike most gyms, we have a close community among all members. When you join the gym, you join the family. Our coaches are available to all members for advice and guidance even if you don't attend classes. Every open gym member receives 1 monthly 30-minute consultation with a coach to discuss any topic or work on training movements.
In order to preserve our carefully-built community, the Open Gym membership used to be by application-only. We wanted to know potential new members’ philosophies on training, their goals, and what they thought they could bring to the community. The application was not to find the biggest and strongest - it was to find the right people to share our supportive space and disciplined mentality. Our aesthetics and intensity can be intimidating to onlookers, so it was important to us to ensure that all members would make an effort to share space with all skill and fitness levels to empower beginners, introverts, and hesitant clients to get outside their comfort zone.
While we have postponed the application requirement, we have left it available on this page to show potential clients what we value in our community. Please feel free to send us this application via email to share your thoughts!

"I joined BG Powerhouse just shortly after they moved to their new location. Opted for the Open Gym Membership and got the key fob for all hours access. With my job, it's hard to create a SET schedule so the fact that this is an option... GAME CHANGER!! Most of the time I'm able to workout during the day and with others but, it's not just that, that keeps me going as a member. It's the positive environment, camaraderie among the patrons, the exact equipment that I need, and all very well-kept and clean. It's definitely not a globo-gym environment, you don't feel intimidated, and everyone is cheering for everyone and their success. Gym owners are knowledgeable and employ a variety of techniques within programs, are there for feedback, and the best coach in the gym, is Zeus the gym pup. Highly recommend if you're wanting something different"
