OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Bowling Green Barbell Club is BG's first official weightlifting club, with dedicated and knowledgeable coaches that emphasize proper technique, holistic strength, and smart programming.


POWERLIFTING

Unlike many other "Globo Gyms," we pride ourselves on our strength emphasis. Powerlifting is not only welcomed - it's encouraged. Our Powerlifting members train strength in the squat, bench, & deadlift while staying well-rounded and versatile as athletes.


EMPOWER CLASS

A functional training program designed for all participants to reach their specific goals whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, or just getting stronger and being a better human. This class provides the space, knowledge, and coaching needed for you to become stronger mentally and physically while teaching you how to manage stress, improve sleep, enhance lifestyle quality, and manage your relationship with food.


Youth Sports Performance

Help your youth athlete reach their full potential with our Youth Sports Performance training program. We help athletes of all ages and skill levels reach their goals, both on and off the field. Our coaches are passionate about helping kids reach their dreams, and we use a holistic approach to training that focuses on both physical and mental development. Through this approach, we minimize injury risk, improve speed, agility, power, strength, and competitive intelligence.


STRONGMAN

f you like wow-factor feats of strength, strongman might be for you. Our Strongman members train for strength, power, and athleticism with atlas stones, yokes, sleds, logs, and more for competitive and non-competitive goals.
