The North American Open Series 1 (At The Arnold) filled up faster than anyone could predict this year. We’re bummed, but let’s not get FOMO. We are hosting a meet on March 4th to make up for it!

We are especially grateful to celebrate our 6th year in business. For those of you that don’t know, our home was in the path of the December 11th tornado that devastated Bowling Green last year. Such a close call obviously makes each day sweeter. The gym was untouched and remained a safe haven for us all in the aftermath of what continues to be a crazy period for all of us. Because of our wonderful members, community partners, and friends, we recovered well and were able to continue moving forward. Year 6 has been an adventure and we are excited for year 7!

Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) Clinic - Levels 1, 2, & 3
We are so excited to be hosting Chris Korfist at BG Powerhouse this June for all 3 Reflexive Performance Reset courses currently available! We have been using RPR here at BG Powerhouse since Coach Burba completed the Level 1 and Level 2 clinics in November of 2019. Since then, we have used RPR principles in every service we provide, including youth sports, Olympic weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman, and Massage Therapy. RPR is like flipping the light switch on in the body; priming the nervous system to communicate with our muscles so that every movement we do is more effective and useful.
We have seen incredible results incorporating RPR techniques to reduce pain, enhance muscle function, improve movement patterns, and even prevent injury. If you are interested in learning RPR for yourself OR learning how to implement it for your clients, members, and athletes, this opportunity is for you!

Cornhole Tournament Fundraiser
Please join BG Powerhouse for our second annual Cornhole Tournament benefiting the Warren Central High School Cross Country Team!
The registration fee is $40 per team and the deadline to register is June 1st, 2022. However, the price will increase to $50 per team on May 28th, so don't wait!
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams and will be announced closer to the event after sponsors have been confirmed!
We will also be selling taco bar plates for $5.
All profits will be donated to the cross-country team to help pay for race registration fees, uniform fees and travel expenses for the 2022 season.

This series was created to help everyone with anything from daily aches and pains to post surgery/post rehab health. The information shared comes from two coaches with years of experience in the field of strength and conditioning, massage therapy, and bodywork; working not only with athletes but blue and white collar workers as well. So, if you are scrolling through and you think of someone who needs this, please share! No one is too old or too young to start a regimen for stronger, healthier, pain-free movement. You can register for one seminar or all 3 to save $15. WE ARE NOW OFFERING LIVE-STREAM TICKETS!
