We offer 1-on-1, partner, or private group training to anyone looking for expert help in reaching their goals. Our Coaches are the most educated and most experienced coaches in Bowling Green. All Personal Trainers are trained in-house in addition to their nationally-accredited certifications.

Our coaches are here to work with you at your pace, on your schedule, for YOUR goals. We offer 30 and 60-minute sessions at competitive pricing. The rates vary depending on coach.

1-on-1 Rates:

  • 30 minute 1-on-1: $25-45 per session

  • 60 minute 1-on-1: $45-75 per session
