6-Week Nutrition Course - In Person & Online

  • BOWLING GREEN POWERHOUSE 148 Dishman Lane Bowling Green, KY, 42101 United States (map)

Understand YOUR behavior and metabolism to create joyful and rewarding eating habits that yield consistent results.

Our 6-Week nutrition course is for people who want to learn how to adapt their eating habits for their lifestyle, activities, and energy needs, and who have struggled with traditional weight-loss or dieting methods like macro-counting, keto, paleo, Weight Watchers, and others.

Many of these methods can be too restrictive, too time-consuming, and result in a bad relationship with food. It should not be that hard to know what to eat, when, and why.

It’s time to start treating your body the way it deserves; a subject not an object. This course will teach you the fundamentals of food and behavior, so you can understand how to adapt your eating to your daily and seasonal needs not only for weight loss goals, but also to improve your energy, productivity, mood, and self-image. Food is fuel, not the enemy!

Get on track for long term success by signing up for this course.

Can’t make every class? No worries! This class will be streamed on Google Meet and participants will have access to the recordings. Google Meet participants can also ask questions live and be included in group discussions!
