For those dedicated to the sport of weightlifting or the profession of coaching, we recommend attending the full seminar series. By combining both sessions, attendees gain a holistic view of how the two lifts complement one another mechanically and neurologically.

Session 1 (Snatch): Saturday, January 17th | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Session 2 (Clean & Jerk): Saturday, January 31st | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
