Master the Snatch: Precision, Efficiency, and Performance

$75.00

Optimize your mechanics and elevate your lifting total under the guidance of USAW-Certified Coach Stephen Burba.

The Snatch requires a higher degree of technical proficiency than any other movement in the gym. For athletes, improper form limits potential and increases injury risk. For coaches, the ability to diagnose and correct these faults is a critical skill.

Join us at Bowling Green Powerhouse for a comprehensive seminar dedicated to the biomechanics of the Snatch. We will move beyond basic instruction to focus on leverage, bar path, and the specific mobility requirements needed to execute the lift safely at maximal loads.

Outcome: Attendees will undergo a complete technical audit, receiving personalized feedback to correct inefficiencies. You will leave with a clear understanding of your specific mechanical needs.

Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday, January 17th

  • Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Location: Bowling Green Powerhouse

  • Address: 148 Dishman Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42101

  • Parking: Ample parking is available directly at the building.

Curriculum Overview:
