BARBELL BASICS 9-Session Class
For the first time ever, we’re offering a 3-week Barbell Basics course to teach beginner or intermediate lifters Olympic Weightlifting. Become fast, strong, and graceful with expert help to develop the skill of the most fun strength sport out there. Why just squat, when you can snatch and clean & jerk? Olympic weightlifting combines the strength of squatting, pressing, and deadlifting with the power, mobility, and skill of slinging weight over your head. Who wouldn’t want to become that powerful?
This class will cover technique for the snatch and clean & jerk, as well as squats, deadlifts, and other weightlifting accessories. The dates of the class sessions are as follows:
December 2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, 20
(Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30pm-6:30pm)

Please note, this is NOT a Powerlifting class (squat, bench, deadlift)
