How does it work?

Each week you will receive access to the next lecture to take the next several days to work through on our online course platform.

The lectures are broken down into topics so it’s easy to keep track of where you are and you can take breaks to digest what we discuss. Then we have supplemental infographics and “homework” to help you apply what you learn.

Each week (typically Saturdays) we have group video calls to allow you to ask questions, discuss examples and experiences, and really start understanding the concepts of nutrition and how they apply to you personally.
